Returns and exchanges:
Dear Customers, for hygienic reasons, the returns option DOES NOT INCLUDE silk facemasks. Please give your purchase some prior consideration.
The purchased goods may be returned / exchanged (unused), without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of delivery. The condition for accepting the goods for return is the absence of any traces of use and including the return form and receipt. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted, but it will be possible to exchange for other clothes of the same value.
Note: clothes made-to-measure and in which fabric or size were changed at the customer’s request are not subject to return.
Please send the returned goods by registered mail or parcel to the address of our studio.
The entire amount paid for the goods, including shipping costs, will be refunded to the customer. Refunds can only be made to bank accounts. Details of the bank account to which the money is to be sent should be included in the parcel with the returned goods or sent by e-mail. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
Complaints are considered on the basis of the return / complaint form within 14 working days.
In the event of a complaint about the goods due to them being damaged during the shipment or defects noticed upon receipt of the shipment, we guarantee a refund of the cost of the ordered goods together with the cost of shipping and the cost of sending it back to us. As in the case of a return when you complain about the goods you should send them back to us, to the studio’s address. In the event of damage to the goods, please take a photo of the damage and send it to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
The processing time in the case of product personalization may be longer.
