Returns and Exchanges:

Dear customers, for hygienic reasons, the possibility of return does NOT include underwear. Please make your purchases thoughtfully.

Purchased goods may be returned/exchanged in unaltered condition, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt. The condition for accepting the goods for return is the absence of any signs of use and the attachment of a return form and receipt. Returns without a receipt will not be accepted, while exchanges for other clothes of the same value will be possible.

Note: clothes made to individual order and in which the materials or size have been changed at the request of the customer are not subject to return.

Please send returned goods by registered mail or parcel to the address of our studio.

The entire amount paid for the goods including shipping costs will be refunded to the customer. Refunds are made only to bank accounts. Details of the bank account to which the money is to be sent should be included in the package with the returned goods or sent by e-mail. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Complaints:

Complaints are processed on the basis of the return/complaint form within 14 working days.

In case of complaints goods due to damage during shipment or defects noticed upon receipt of the shipment, we guarantee a refund of the cost of the ordered goods including the cost of shipping and the cost of sending the goods back to us. Complained goods, as in the case of a return, should be sent back to us, to the address of the studio. As a condition for return in case of damage to the goods, please take a photo of the damage and send it to the following email address
